Terms of Use

These Terms of Use establish an electronic contract between you (the “User”) and Chain Valley Sp. z o.o. (“Chainvalley.pro”, “Chain Valley”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Poland under KRS No. 0001036419, with its registered address at ul. Żurawia 43, lok. 420, Warsaw, P.O. 00-680, Poland.

These Terms of Use apply to the User’s access to and use of the Chainvalley.pro website, account interface, technical tools, verification flow, customer support channels, referral functionality and content made available by Chainvalley.pro.

Chainvalley.pro does not provide crypto-asset services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (“MiCA”). In particular, Chainvalley.pro does not provide custody or administration of crypto-assets, exchange of crypto-assets for funds, exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, execution of orders for crypto-assets, placing of crypto-assets, reception and transmission of orders for crypto-assets, advice on crypto-assets, portfolio management of crypto-assets, or transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.

Where the Site or interface enables access to a product or service involving cards, payments, electronic money, crypto-assets, stablecoins or digital assets, such product or service is provided by the relevant independent third-party provider under its own terms, regulatory permissions and compliance controls. Chainvalley.pro acts only as a technical interface, referral source, verification-support provider and customer-support facilitator, unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms.

The User is responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, regulations and rules applicable to the User in the jurisdiction from which the User accesses the Site or uses any functionality made available through it.

These Terms of Use include the Privacy Policy and any other policies made available on the Site by reference. By accepting these Terms of Use, the User also accepts those policies.

If the User does not agree to these Terms of Use, the User must not access the Site and must not use any functionality made available by Chainvalley.pro.

1. Definitions

1.1. Terms used in these Terms of Use shall have the meanings set out below:

1.1.1. Account: the User’s personal dashboard or profile within the Chainvalley.pro interface, where the User may view information, upload documents, manage verification steps, access third-party product links or technical functionality, and communicate with support.

1.1.2. Card Provider: Wirex Limited, its affiliates, successors, subcontractors, or any other independent regulated or technical provider involved in the provision of the Card Service.

1.1.3. Card Service: a third-party card-based product or payment-related service made available to eligible Users by the relevant Card Provider, which may be accessible through the Chainvalley.pro interface.

1.1.4. Chainvalley.pro Interface: the website, application interface, API integration, technical flow, verification screens, customer support tools or other technical environment operated or made available by Chainvalley.pro.

1.1.5. Fiat Currency: government-issued currency recognised as legal tender in its country of issue.

1.1.6. Not Supported Countries: Afghanistan, American Samoa, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Gaza Strip, Ghana, Guam, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Japan, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Mauritius, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Puerto Rico, Russian Federation, Samoa, Serbia, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, The Northern Mariana Islands, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, U.S. Virgin Islands, Uganda, United Kingdom (except where access to the Card Service is lawfully available through the relevant Card Provider), United States of America, Vanuatu, Venezuela, West Bank (Palestinian Territory, Occupied), Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

1.1.7. Product: any product, service or functionality made available by a third-party provider and accessible through, referred to through, or supported by the Chainvalley.pro Interface, including the Card Service.

1.1.8. Services: the limited services provided by Chainvalley.pro under these Terms, consisting of operation of the Site and Interface, technical access, referral and introduction to third-party Products, verification-support, information-transfer functionality, customer support assistance, and related non-regulated technical services.

1.1.9. Site: the Chainvalley.pro website located at https://Chainvalley.pro.

1.1.10. Third-Party Terms: the terms, conditions, policies, fee schedules, privacy notices, risk disclosures and other contractual documents of a Card Provider or other third-party provider applicable to the relevant Product.

1.1.11. User: an individual or entity accessing the Site, using the Interface, completing verification steps, applying for or using a Product, or otherwise agreeing to these Terms of Use.

1.1.12. Verification Data: identification data, documents, screening results, verification status, technical access tokens, risk indicators, account information, contact details and other data collected or generated in connection with identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, eligibility assessment or Product access.

1.1.13. Digital Assets: crypto-assets, stablecoins, tokens or other digitally transferable assets. References to Digital Assets in these Terms are made only to describe third-party Products, User-held assets or external technical systems, and do not mean that Chainvalley.pro provides crypto-asset services.

1.2. Where context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Nature of the Services

2.1. Chainvalley.pro provides only technical, referral, verification-support, information-transfer, customer-interface and customer-support facilitation services. Chainvalley.pro does not itself issue cards, issue electronic money, provide payment accounts, hold fiat funds, hold Digital Assets, execute payment transactions, exchange Digital Assets, transfer Digital Assets, receive or transmit orders for crypto-assets, or provide any other regulated crypto-asset, payment, e-money or investment service to Users.

2.2. Chainvalley.pro may make the Interface available to enable eligible Users to access, apply for, communicate with, or be referred to independent third-party providers. Such third-party providers are solely responsible for the regulated or product-specific elements of their Products.

2.3. Chainvalley.pro may provide technical integration, front-end access, support, information collection, verification-support functionality and communication assistance in relation to a Product. Such activities do not include the provision of regulated services by Chainvalley.pro.

2.4. Depending on the User’s location, status, verification outcome, sanctions profile, applicable law, Card Provider requirements and internal risk controls, the User may not be eligible to access the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product.

2.5. Nothing on the Site or in the Interface constitutes an offer by Chainvalley.pro to buy, sell, exchange, custody, transfer, receive orders for, transmit orders for, advise on or otherwise provide services in relation to Digital Assets.

3. Access to Card Services and Third-Party Providers

3.1. Chainvalley.pro may provide eligible Users with access to the Card Service through the Chainvalley.pro Interface, subject to availability, eligibility, technical integration, successful verification, applicable law, and the requirements of the relevant Card Provider.

3.2. Unless stated otherwise in the Interface or applicable Third-Party Terms, the Card Service is provided by Wirex Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09334596, with its registered office at 9th Floor, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom. Wirex Limited is authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution under FCA Firm Reference Number 902025. The Card Service may also involve Wirex affiliates, payment infrastructure providers, card scheme members, payment networks, electronic money institutions, banks, processors, technical service providers and other third parties.

3.3. Chainvalley.pro is not the issuer of the card, does not issue electronic money, does not provide payment accounts, does not execute card payment transactions, does not perform card clearing or settlement, does not operate Visa, Mastercard or any other card scheme, and does not provide regulated payment services in connection with the Card Service.

3.4. The User’s access to and use of the Card Service is subject to the applicable Third-Party Terms of the Card Provider. By applying for, activating, accessing or using the Card Service, the User agrees to comply with those Third-Party Terms, including the applicable Wirex Terms of Use and Wirex Privacy Policy.

3.5. The Card Provider is solely responsible for deciding whether to accept, reject, restrict, suspend or terminate the provision of the Card Service to any User. Chainvalley.pro may support the technical submission of information, verification status or documentation, but does not make the Card Provider’s onboarding, customer acceptance, transaction authorisation, compliance or risk decisions.

3.6. Where the Card Service permits functionality connected with Digital Assets, stablecoins, wallet addresses, blockchain networks or conversion mechanisms, such functionality is provided, controlled, executed or administered by the Card Provider or other third parties in accordance with their own terms and regulatory permissions. Chainvalley.pro does not hold, control, exchange, transfer, safeguard or administer Digital Assets or client assets for Users.

3.7. Transactions under the Card Service may be approved, declined, delayed, reversed, restricted, suspended or terminated by the Card Provider, payment networks, card schemes, banks, blockchain infrastructure providers, merchants, compliance systems or other third parties. Chainvalley.pro does not guarantee transaction approval, merchant acceptance, settlement, timing, availability or uninterrupted functionality of the Card Service.

3.8. Chainvalley.pro may provide customer-support facilitation in relation to the Card Service, including collecting queries, routing communications, providing technical assistance and helping the User understand the relevant process. Such support does not make Chainvalley.pro responsible for the Card Provider’s regulated services, Product decisions, transaction outcomes or Third-Party Terms.

4. Verification, Data and Compliance Support

4.1. Chainvalley.pro may maintain its own verification environment, including through third-party verification tools such as SumSub, and may collect, verify, store and otherwise process Verification Data for Chainvalley.pro’s own lawful business, compliance, fraud-prevention, record-keeping, security and risk-management purposes.

4.2. Where a User applies for or accesses a Product, Chainvalley.pro may, subject to applicable law and the relevant privacy notices, make available to the Card Provider or other relevant third-party provider limited Verification Data, verification status, verification results, screening outputs, technical access tokens or related information held in Chainvalley.pro’s verification environment.

4.3. Such information is made available solely to enable the relevant third-party provider to perform its own independent onboarding, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, fraud-prevention, risk-management, Product eligibility and regulatory compliance assessment.

4.4. Chainvalley.pro does not perform customer due diligence, onboarding, customer acceptance, ongoing monitoring or regulated compliance determinations on behalf of the Card Provider as its agent. Each relevant third-party provider remains responsible for its own onboarding, customer acceptance, compliance and regulatory determinations.

4.5. The User may be required to provide additional information, documents, wallet-related confirmations, source-of-funds information, transaction explanations or other information requested by Chainvalley.pro, the Card Provider, another third-party provider, payment network, card scheme, competent authority or applicable law.

4.6. Access to the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product may be refused, suspended, restricted, terminated, blocked or delayed where required or considered appropriate for legal, regulatory, sanctions, AML/CTF, fraud-prevention, security, technical, operational, risk-management or third-party provider reasons.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. The User may access and use the Site, Interface and Services only if the User accepts and complies with these Terms of Use, applicable policies and all applicable laws.

5.2. The User must read these Terms of Use and all applicable Third-Party Terms before using the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product.

5.3. The User must provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date information and must promptly notify Chainvalley.pro of any changes, errors, suspected unauthorised access, suspicious activity or security incident relating to the User’s Account, verification status or Product access.

5.4. The User must not use the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, illegal gambling, hacking, scams, market abuse, tax evasion or any other criminal or prohibited activity.

5.5. The User is solely responsible for determining whether access to or use of the Site, Services, Card Service or any Product is lawful and appropriate in the User’s jurisdiction and circumstances.

5.6. The User is solely responsible for the security and accuracy of any wallet address, account details, payment instrument, contact information, authentication credentials or other information provided by the User. Chainvalley.pro is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the User or from third-party systems outside Chainvalley.pro’s reasonable control.

5.7. All payment instruments, accounts, wallets and other resources used by the User in connection with the Site, Interface, Card Service or any Product must be lawfully owned or controlled by the User. Any attempt to use third-party instruments, accounts, wallets or funds may be treated as suspicious or fraudulent.

5.8. The User is responsible for any damages, losses, claims, costs or legal actions arising from the User’s breach of these Terms, breach of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the Site or Interface, or misuse of any Product.

6. User Representations and Warranties

6.1. By accessing the Site, using the Interface, submitting Verification Data, applying for the Card Service or using any Product, the User represents and warrants that:

6.1.1. the User is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use;

6.1.2. the User is not located in, resident in, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity located in a Not Supported Country;

6.1.3. the User is not subject to sanctions and is not listed on any applicable sanctions, trade restriction, terrorist financing, financial crime or prohibited-party list;

6.1.4. the User is not a US Person and is not acting on behalf of a US Person, unless Chainvalley.pro expressly permits access to a specific non-regulated functionality;

6.1.5. all information, documents and confirmations provided by the User are true, accurate, complete and not misleading;

6.1.6. any fiat currency, Digital Assets, payment instruments, wallets or accounts used by the User are lawfully owned or controlled by the User and originate from legitimate sources;

6.1.7. the User will comply with these Terms, applicable Third-Party Terms and all applicable laws.

7. Rights and Obligations of Chainvalley.pro

7.1. Chainvalley.pro will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, subject to these Terms and the limitations set out herein.

7.2. Chainvalley.pro may suspend, restrict, refuse or terminate access to the Site, Interface, Account, Services, verification flow or Product referral where it reasonably considers this necessary or appropriate for legal, regulatory, sanctions, AML/CTF, fraud-prevention, security, technical, operational, third-party provider or risk-management reasons.

7.3. Chainvalley.pro may provide information, documents, Verification Data and related records to competent authorities, law enforcement bodies, regulators, the Card Provider, other third-party providers or professional advisers where required or permitted by law, applicable policies, contractual obligations, fraud-prevention needs, AML/CTF requirements or sanctions controls.

7.4. Chainvalley.pro is not liable for acts, omissions, decisions, delays, failures, fees, restrictions, suspension, termination, transaction outcomes, exchange rates, conversion rates, network fees, card fees, chargebacks, refunds, settlement outcomes or service unavailability caused by the Card Provider, payment networks, card schemes, banks, processors, blockchain networks, wallet providers, merchants or other third parties.

7.5. Chainvalley.pro is not responsible for delays, interruptions, malfunctions, breakdowns, Internet connectivity issues, third-party system failures, network congestion, blockchain delays, card scheme restrictions, bank restrictions or reasons why the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product may be temporarily or permanently unavailable.

7.6. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Chainvalley.pro’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of obligations implied by law, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content available on the Site or through the Interface, including software, text, images, graphics, designs, data, logos, trade names, service marks and other materials, is owned by Chainvalley.pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, unless expressly stated otherwise.

8.2. The User must not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, scrape, collect, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise use any content from the Site or Interface except as expressly permitted by Chainvalley.pro.

8.3. If the User wishes to submit a trademark or copyright claim, the User may contact Chainvalley.pro at [email protected].

9. Fees

9.1. Chainvalley.pro does not charge fees for technical access, support, verification support, referral, interface or other non-regulated services. Otherwise, such fees will be disclosed to the User and previously agreed.

9.2. The Card Provider and other third parties may impose their own fees, costs, spreads, exchange rates, conversion rates, network fees, card fees, chargeback costs, account fees or other charges under the applicable Third-Party Terms. Chainvalley.pro does not control and is not responsible for third-party charges.

9.3. Any fees displayed through the Interface may be estimates or may depend on third-party systems, payment networks, card schemes, blockchain networks, provider terms, exchange rates or other factors outside Chainvalley.pro’s control.

9.4. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, fees already incurred for completed technical, referral, verification-support, access, support or third-party services are non-refundable.

10. Prohibited Use

10.1. The User must not use the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product in connection with:

• money laundering, terrorist financing or proliferation financing;

• human trafficking, exploitation, illegal migration, slavery or forced labour;

• illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, narcotics or controlled substances;

• weapons, explosives, military goods or dual-use goods where prohibited or restricted;

• illegal gambling, betting, lotteries or gaming;

• fraud, scams, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes or deceptive practices;

• sanctions evasion, trade embargo violations or dealings with prohibited persons;

• goods or services infringing intellectual property or other third-party rights;

• pornographic, obscene, harmful, abusive or child-exploitation content;

• any other activity that is illegal, restricted, high-risk or outside Chainvalley.pro’s or the relevant Card Provider’s risk appetite.

10.2. Chainvalley.pro may report suspicious, illegal or prohibited activity to competent authorities, law enforcement bodies, regulators, the Card Provider or other relevant third parties where required or permitted by law.

11. Restrictions on Usage

11.1. Chainvalley.pro is an independent company and may determine, based on applicable law, partner requirements, internal policies and risk controls, whether to accept, allow, restrict, suspend or deny access to the Site, Interface, Services or Product referral.

11.2. The User must not access or use the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product if the User is located in, resident in, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity from a Not Supported Country.

11.3. The User must not access or use the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product if the User is listed on any sanctions, terrorist financing, financial crime, trade restriction, denied persons or prohibited-party list, or if the User acts on behalf of such person or entity.

11.4. The User must not access or use the Site, Interface, Services, Card Service or any Product if the User has US Person status, including where the User is a citizen or resident of the United States, holds a US green card, has US tax residence, was born in the United States, uses a US phone number, has a US registered or residential address, or acts through a person with a US address, unless Chainvalley.pro expressly permits access to a specific non-regulated functionality.

11.5. Users who obtain access illegally, fraudulently or in breach of this Section may be immediately suspended or terminated and are solely responsible for any legal consequences.

12. Account Security

12.1. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the User’s Account credentials, password, two-factor authentication, e-mail account, devices and any other security features.

12.2. Chainvalley.pro personnel will never ask the User to disclose the User’s password. Any suspicious request should be reported to [email protected].

12.3. The User must promptly notify Chainvalley.pro if the User becomes aware of any loss, theft, misappropriation, unauthorised access, compromised credentials, suspicious activity or security breach.

12.4. The User must take reasonable precautions to secure the User’s e-mail account and devices and must not allow any unauthorised person to access the Account or Interface.

12.5. Additional security requirements may apply to specific Products or Third-Party Terms. The User must comply with such requirements.

13. Suspension, Termination and Product Withdrawal

13.1. The User may stop using the Site and Services at any time, subject to any obligations under these Terms or applicable Third-Party Terms.

13.2. Chainvalley.pro may limit, suspend, terminate or close the User’s Account or access to the Site, Interface, Services or Product referral where the User breaches these Terms, fails verification, provides inaccurate information, engages in prohibited activity, creates legal or regulatory risk, infringes third-party rights, fails to pay applicable fees, becomes inactive, or where Chainvalley.pro receives a request from a competent authority, Card Provider or other relevant third party.

13.3. Chainvalley.pro may close unverified, dormant or inactive Accounts and may modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue the Site, Interface, Services, verification flow, Product referral or support functionality at any time where reasonably necessary.

13.4. Suspension or termination by Chainvalley.pro does not affect the Card Provider’s or any other third-party provider’s separate rights under the applicable Third-Party Terms.

13.5. Where any funds, e-money, Digital Assets, card balance, payment account or Product-specific value is held or controlled by a third-party provider, any return, release, refund, chargeback, reversal, withdrawal or settlement shall be handled by that third-party provider in accordance with its own terms and applicable law. Chainvalley.pro does not hold, control or return client funds, e-money or Digital Assets.

14. Service Uptime and Accessibility

14.1. The Site, Interface and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

14.2. Chainvalley.pro will use reasonable efforts to maintain access to the Site and Interface, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.

14.3. Access may be interrupted, delayed, suspended or unavailable due to maintenance, emergencies, third-party failures, security incidents, regulatory changes, sanctions requirements, technical limitations, Internet connectivity, force majeure or other reasons outside Chainvalley.pro’s reasonable control.

15. Communication

15.1. Chainvalley.pro may send notices and communications to the User through the Site, Interface, e-mail, in-account messages, support channels or any other contact details provided by the User.

15.2. The User consents to receive notices electronically and agrees that electronic notices are legally effective.

15.3. The primary official communication channel for Chainvalley.pro is the Chainvalley.pro website and the contact e-mail [email protected].

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16.2. All disputes and disagreements related to the Site, Interface, Services or these Terms of Use shall be brought before the competent courts of Poland. Where legally permissible, the District Court in Warsaw shall be the court of first instance.

16.3. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1. No advice. Chainvalley.pro does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax or crypto-asset advice. Any information displayed on the Site or Interface is provided for general information or technical support purposes only and must not be treated as advice or a recommendation.

17.2. Taxation. The User is solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes, duties or charges arising from the User’s access to the Site, use of the Services, use of any Product or dealings with any third-party provider.

17.3. Indemnity. The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Chainvalley.pro, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third-party service providers harmless from claims, demands, costs, losses, liabilities and damages arising from the User’s use of the Site, Interface, Services or Product referral, the User’s breach of these Terms, the User’s breach of Third-Party Terms, or the User’s violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

17.4. Links to third parties. The Site and Interface may contain links to third-party websites, terms, policies, platforms or services not owned or controlled by Chainvalley.pro. Chainvalley.pro is not responsible for third-party content, terms, policies, decisions, services or practices.

17.5. Force majeure. Chainvalley.pro shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including changes in law, regulatory action, sanctions changes, third-party provider failures, network outages, cyber incidents, natural disasters, war, strikes or other force majeure events.

18. Limitation of Liability

18.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHAINVALLEY.PRO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO: (1) THE SITE, INTERFACE OR SERVICES; (2) ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE, PRODUCT, CARD SERVICE, CARD PROVIDER, PAYMENT NETWORK, CARD SCHEME, BANK, PROCESSOR, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK, WALLET PROVIDER, MERCHANT OR OTHER THIRD PARTY; (3) UNAUTHORISED ACCESS, DATA LOSS, SECURITY INCIDENTS OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS; (4) DECLINED, DELAYED, REVERSED, BLOCKED, UNSUCCESSFUL OR UNAUTHORISED THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTIONS; (5) FEES, LIMITS, EXCHANGE RATES, CONVERSION RATES, NETWORK FEES OR OTHER CHARGES IMPOSED BY THIRD PARTIES; OR (6) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USER’S USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INTERFACE, SERVICES, CARD SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT.

18.2. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Chainvalley.pro’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User directly to Chainvalley.pro for the particular Services giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

18.3. Any claim arising out of or related to the Site, Interface, Services or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

19. Alterations and Revisions

19.1. Chainvalley.pro may amend or modify these Terms of Use at any time by publishing the revised version on the Site.

19.2. Changes become effective and are deemed accepted by the User the first time the User accesses the Site, Interface or Services after the revised Terms are published. Changes apply on a going-forward basis.

19.3. If the User does not agree with any modification, the User’s sole remedy is to stop using the Site, Interface and Services and, where applicable, close the Account. The User is responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
